Square Enix reveals why it's selling its western division Eidos!

The Japanese company Square Enix has reached a deal under which it will sell its western division Eidos represented by the development teams “Crystal Dynamics” and “Square Enix Montreal” to Embracer Group for $300 million. Square Enix, through its financial report for the last quarter, talked about the reason for this deal.

Square Enix said it feared that sales of the two teams' games would affect and hurt the results of other games sales from the company. Analyst "Dr. Serkan Toto of Kantan Consulting in Japan called the justification "nonsense".
